Mailbox needing a little TLC? Post need painting? Need new nameplates? Look no further than our preferred mailbox vendor, Jim Traynor.  Jim has all of the mailbox specs and keeps all of the parts on hand. He will even install or paint any part of the unit you need. Garbage & Yard Debris Pickup

Since Creekside is not within the city limits of Greenwood and therefore is not serviced by city sanitation trucks, garbage pick up can either be arranged by each homeowner with a private waste management company (see some options below), or homeowners can haul their own waste to the county landfill or to a nearby county convenience center on Deadfall Road/Dixie Drive. For Greenwood County Convenience Center hours and locations, click here. Yard debris can either be hauled to the landfill or to a convenience center, or homeowners can reach out to the county to schedule yard debris pickup. Please be advised that yard debris pick up by the county can take 2-4 weeks. Click here for more information about scheduling pick up through the county.

Speed Limit

Most of our residents and visitors obey the posted 25mph speed limit. Others simply do not. While we may not know the visitors, we are a tight-knit community and usually recognize our resident speeders. We would all prefer not to revisit whether we need to add speed humps throughout the neighborhood.  Please drive like your kids and neighbors live here - because they do!
