The Creekside HOA Board is looking for Chairs and Members of the following committees:

Landscaping & Maintenance

Architectural
This committee reviews the house plans, landscaping plans, site plans, and any other structures for approval prior to construction. Decisions made by this committee protect each home and property owner and the integrity of Creekside. Its responsibilities are described in the Creekside Homeowners Association Covenants and Bylaws.

Pond Committee
This committee works closely with the Creekside Board members and the South Carolina Wildlife and Marine Resources Department to maintain the quality of fishing we now enjoy thorugh good pond management. The committee is responsible for the removal and control of undesirable aquatic vegetation, trash, and bottles that are carelessly discarded in and around our pounds. This committee is dedicated to helping with any problems homeowners may have concerning the ponds and enforcing the Creekside Bylaws which apply to our ponds.
Social/Welcome
This committee welcomes new residents to Creekside, organizes social events, circulates community news, and compiles and distributes the neighborhood directory.

This committee is responsible for implementing the long range landscaping plan for the subdivision. The committee is also responsible for managing the grounds maintenance crew for Creekside.

Who's in charge here, anyway?
You are - just come to any HOA Board meeting! The meeting dates are posted at the entrance and on this site. They usually start at 7:30pm at the home of Eddie Bartless (304 Plantation) unless otherwise noted. All residents are always welcome! As a courtesy, please let board president Eddie Bartless know ahead of time if you would like to be on the agenda to concerns or suggestions. Otherwise, no advance notice is necessary - just show up.
