Creekside is a peaceful, picturesque community located in Greenwood, South Carolina (SC). We're proud to be home to friendly neighbors, leafy trees, winding creeks, and loving family homes. This site is maintained by the Home Owners Association (HOA) and acts as a virtual bulletin board for our community.

We hope this will be a helpful resource full of neighborhood information covering everything from landscaping, to mailboxes, the special tax ordinance, and pick up dates for garbage, yard debris, and recycling. You can also find our Covenants & Restrictions, meet our Board members and see their By-Laws, meeting minutes, and budgets.
